wonderful north wales getaway

The staff provided really good assistance upon our arrival. This surpassed typical expectations. i found the welsh food centre on the premises to be convenient for acquiring picnic provisions for outings. it was also useful when i felt too weary to seek a local dining hotel. our room was quite cosy. it offered a good view of the estuary.
the ground coffee was a nice touch. however, the outdated and spoiled uht milk detracted from the overall experience. if these minor details received proper attention, the experience would transition from merely satisfactory to really good.

The room was cozy, moreover, the view included the estuary. a range of tea selections was available on the tea and coffee tray. we appreciated the inclusion of a cafetiere with suitable coffee. Fruit, cake. bottled water completed the offering.

the hotel enjoys a superb location for exploring the north wales coast , with fantastic views across the conwy river. the gardens are nearby, allowing guests to enjoy walks. ample private car parking nearby makes arrivals easier.

the welsh food centre featured local food and a butchers selling welsh beef and lamb. breakfast was lovely. the restaurant and bar offer great dining options. it's possible to request take aways to be delivered to your room

The staff extended really good helpfulness upon my arrival. The welsh Food Centre being on site proved a REAL bonus. It was excellent for getting picnic supplies. The room offered a view of the river, I appreciated the tea and coffee tray. There were varied tea choices, a cafetiere, fruit, cake and bottled water.
Drawer space for clothes felt a little limited.

All the staff were cute and friendly. They seemed only too happy to assist with any requests i had. The barbecue night was a relaxing evening with good food and drinks. It was a NICE experience.

The Hayloft restaurant was convenient. It offered good food and service. The shop also had a variety of local produce. The breakfast was very tasty with a good selection to choose from, which I FOUND satisfying.

The location overlooks the river and mountains. It is quiet and peaceful. The setting is charming with beautiful views. The accommodation is close to the town! Though some might find the distance a bit challenging without a car.

The breakfast had a good selection to choose from. The bed was very comfy. I enjoyed the lovely view overlooking the river from the room.
Our room was small. There was no space to hang clothes. The bathroom and bedside lamp did not work. The floorboards creaked a lot, and the soundproofing was minimal.

offering assistance with directions and local recommendations. The included breakfast at The Furnace Cafe was such a treat (especially the scrambled eggs!). I appreciated the thoughtful welcome pack with an assortment of Welsh teas and treats upon my arrival.
The room, though cozy, had a small window was good. I think better lighting would improve the room ambiance.

the location had quiet surroundings. the ensuite was nice, ensuring a comfortable sleep. i enjoyed the choices available for breakfast. the beds provided very comfortable rest.
The room needed a little more care. I saw a large stain on one curtain. Some rings were broken! the wood burner was only for display, i could not use it.
